We provide a cost-free Lifetime Assurance, effective from the date of your invoice, safeguarding against production anomalies in all Gold and Platinum jewelry pieces.

We will repair or replace any item proven faulty due to production at no additional charge, and cover all shipping costs for such returns.

Coverage includes production anomalies such as surface pores or blemishes in the metal, inconsistently placed settings, chips, scratches, or nicks present in stones at collection, and inadvertent rhodium plating stains.

Premium Lifetime Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty Premium offers exclusive services designed to keep your products in pristine condition, including complimentary prong tightening, repolishing, rhodium plating, and cleaning.

Upgrading is simple: share your experience with us in a review, and your warranty is automatically upgraded to the Premium level.

Exclusions from Lifetime Assurance

Our Lifetime Assurance covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by daily use, environmental factors, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Wear and tear such as chips or fractures on gemstones from impact, bent prongs, lost gemstones, and discoloration from chemicals or cosmetics are not covered. Repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by jewelers not authorized by us will void the Assurance.

Jewelry Maintenance

To prolong the elegance and longevity of your ring, remove it for manual tasks. Jewelry should be the last accessory you put on and the first to remove, especially before sports, the gym, and household chores.
