Reach out to our team to facilitate the return of your ring, and be sure to provide the correct new ring size. One free resizing service is offered per purchase.

If the ring requires adjustments beyond three sizes in either direction, additional charges may apply or the setting may need to be replaced. Resizing at a non-approved jeweler will nullify your lifetime guarantee.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized

• Fully encrusted pave bands.
• Tungsten rings.
• Titanium rings.

Resizing Range for Metal Rings

• Pave band (pave covering two-thirds or less of the band): 2.5 sizes up or 2 sizes down.
• Triple pave band: can be enlarged by 1 size or reduced by 1/2 size only.
• Plain band: can be increased or decreased by 4 sizes.
