Ready-to-ship rings may need re-plating, polishing, or resizing and ship within 3 business days. For rings where you select your own center stone and setting, we custom-make each order to perfectly fit the stone's dimensions, with a crafting time of typically 12 to 15 business days.

We only use solid metals, never hollow or plated gold. Standard offerings include 18K and 14K white, yellow, and rose gold, plus platinum, with 9K or 10K available on special request. For 14K and 18K white gold we apply rhodium plating to achieve the bright white finish, while the base metal is always solid gold.

We design a 3D model based on the center diamond and ring size, cast the chosen metal, then set the side diamonds followed by the center diamond. White gold receives rhodium plating, and we laser-engrave any requests or the metal type and diamond sizes. Each ring is polished and passes a 17-step final inspection before shipping.

Ready-to-ship orders ship within 3 business days and typically arrive within 5. Custom orders (setting plus center diamond) take about 20 business days, reducible to 15 with expedited shipping. These estimates apply to North America and Europe; other regions may add 3-5 business days. You receive a tracking number once shipped.

We offer a 30-day free return policy for most orders, including ready-to-ship rings, custom rings with your selected center diamond and setting, and all other jewelry. Even engraved rings can be returned free as long as you did not modify our existing styles. Rings with custom design modifications are not eligible. Email your order number and reason to our customer service team for a free return label.
